I tried but fell asleep half way thru & normally Stephen King scares the sh*t out of me !, why is it always an author as the hero, was the same in Misery ?

I watched it and thought it was a bit rubbishy, BUT Mr Brosnan was looking good, so stayed with it! Was that telling at the end when he took the little girl out on the lake ?

i expected him to drown her actually and the ending seemed less sinister than it might have been, doesn;y make me want to read the book though.
