Should you overtake a slow moving vehicle on the approach to a hump back bridge? Is this specifically mentioned in the Highway Code?

Hi, you have asked the question & reading into your answer SHOULD? would the persons coming in the opp direction expect to see you on the wrong side of the road at a Hump Back Bridge? is someones life worth a 5min wait? I am not knocking you for your Question. but a common sense decision has to be made!! wait?, risk your life? or risk other peoples? the decision has to be yours. ( Think about it hiflier)
Actually as long as there is clear visibility and the overtake can be performed safely there is no reason why you shouldn't overtake on a hump backed bridge....

But, that said I can't think of many hump backed bridges that I've seen that the two above criteria could be met. so probably not.

Why on earth would you want to do such a thing whether it is seemingly safe or not?
Er maybe he doesn't like his new exhaust and wants to knock it loose?
