My husband found out his little sister was going out with a lad and ended up getting a tip-off about their whereabouts. He went there and his sisters boyfriend threw a punch at my husband and he fought back, my husband punched him a couple of times leaving him with a bloody face and scratches to the face. he was arrested and released on bail. We are now awaiting a court date. However my husband is due to go into hospitalk next week for major heart surgery(heart bypass) and will spend a lengthy amount of time recovering. He is 20 years old, married with 1 child and has no previous convictions. Does anyone have any idea what he oculd be looking at?
