Is there anyway I can avoid the �5.30 for the Wales toll, and I MUST go through it.

Any excuses?

theres nothing actully stopping you though, just speed on through and when the police catch up just be like ' sorry officer i didnt notice the toll, i just though the lanes were narrowing?

Offer to pay for the toll in kind instead? This usually works with taxi drivers and also bus drivers.

A good way of avoiding it is not to go there

Can't think of a good reason why anyone would need to go to Wales anyway

They charge us to get in as there isn't a barrier or toll booth in the world that could stop a driver on his way out of the place

Compostella, you are a fool, if you knew the area you would know that you cross the Welsh - English border before you get to the second Severn crossing. The charge is to go over the bridge.

We are however, contemplating refusing entry to English drivers and making them go the long way round.
