there is a couple in our close who's alloted car space is at the end of their garden, they insist on parking both their cars on the bend. new neighbours have moved in opposite them who also insist on parking on this bend, although their parking space is right infront of their house. it is a nightmare driving through the space and also this is creating a hazard for playing children. can i do anything about this?

If there are no current parking restrictions where they park then ask the council if they can put some there.
