I live in Massachusetts where my husband and I built a private way, we have two side abutters at the bottom of the road one no problem, one a very large problem. I know they own rights of easments into the center of the road, however one wants to park herself and all her company on the private way which restricts my famililys safety for emergency vehicals, I have asked them not to but they say they have rights. I feel my rights to safety are more important. The town has agreed for us to post signs and tow. This road is a dead end with no buildable lots there is aprox 200 yards between our homes. Thanks.

Hi Ibviangels23

I hate posting unhelpful answers but I feel that I ought to point out that the Answerbank is a UK-based site. While we try to be helpful here, you probably won't find many experts on Massachusetts law ;-)

As I've said, I hate to be unhelpful so perhaps I could suggest that you post your question in the Law & Ethics section of Yahoo! Answers ?
