I lost my driving license for a year and was wondering if anyone has any info if I can possibly drive with an irish or american driving license in the uk? I was banned in the U.K. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have been banned from driving in the UK!!!!!!! it doesn't matter where you get or got your license, you are banned from driving!!!
this is a common misnomer, as RATTER says you are banned in the UK, why do you imagine that some foriegn license will somehow negate that ban?
OK, I am going to be harsh here because your question is not just annoying but your attitude unbelievable!!! If you have been banned from driving it will be for a very good reason! Obviously so juvenile you are not taking this ban seriously nor are you at all sorry for whatever it is you did to get the ban in the first place. Why on earth would anyone want to advise you on how to get driving on our roads before your ban is up? - So you can endanger others yet again and maybe kill someone??? Get a life, face up to your responsibilities and pay for your mistakes! And for God's sake, stop making the Irish look like complete fools!
I'd say if you're banned from driving you shouldn't be on the road.

In future, don't be such an idiot. Someone could have died.
