I have been banned from driving from no fault of my own. I suffer from sleep apnea and have to renew my licence every year. I went for my medical as requested and there was no issues due to my treatment, but my surgery failed to send the report to the DVLA because of COVID backlog. What can I do now as I shall be losing my job and my livelihood as a consequence ?
