well you could be refering to the bumbling animated sea captain who is cute or you could be refering to the sciency thing typed it into yahoo and it came up with loads of sciency stuff hope that helped!

Pugwash is the name of a village in Nova Scotia where the first of a series of scientific conferences was held in 1957. The scientists meet to discuss the dangers and difficulties into which the world seems to be running. Given the way the world is at the moment, with terrorism, Iraq, North Korea etc - not to mention the West's belligerent responses to these - perhaps it's time for another 'pugwash'!
