I need replacement bolts and nuts for the manifold to downpipe on a rover 214 1999 single pipe, originally there were studs used but am replacing with bolts and nuts as it will be easier, can anyone advise what size bolts I need, diameter and length. Thanx

I'd suggest ones just a little smaller than the hole they've got to fit through and a little longer than the space they have to span.

(seriously, you have the car there I assume, just measure the thing)

Thanx chuck, hadn't actually thought of measuring them. lol. :-/
This might sound obvious but I'd avoid nylock nuts as the heat will most likely melt the plastic
