Just seen on TV. The average house is home to 200 spiders. Mrs micmak has just thrown a wobbly.

I heard on another tv show that in a large tree there could be up to 10,000 spiders. Whenever I walked the dog after that I would never stand under a tree.

Absolutely hate spiders, micmark - I spray every place I think they may enter with Spider Stop from Betterware. So far it works.

If I had seen the tv programme I would have been on the floor next to pixi with Mrs. Micmark throwing the wobbly next to us. (:0 )

So do the kids leave home as soon as they're old enough - because if not, in no time at all there would be a helluva lot more than 200. :o(

I think her intent was to reassure me that there will be commensurate lessening of density of spiders.......whereas I have understood it to mean that we can provide sanctuary for many more ! :o(
