Anybody know wether this Bluetooth kit is compatible with an 07 Ford Focus with a factory fitted stereo? Will i need any extra wires or connectors?

Ford dealers have access to a bluetooth complexity chart as part of their accessory list showing exactly which bluetooth devices (usually just phones) are supported.
You should start there.
