Yes, I have the right place to post. I've only just got to see the episodes, and in one, the childrens entertainer is driving his van, on the front of which are enormous bull horns - you know, the sort you'd get in a desperate dan cow pie, or more at home on the front of a texas truck.

Are these illegal (dangerous), as I am sure they are. Just personal curiosity.

Never mind the MOT, they are illegal and the first police to see it would stop it and not allow it to drive any further on a public road unless they were removed.

A ticket would probably follow.
They would only be illegal if they were solid and liable to cause injury. If they were made of a soft material ie. rubber they would be allowed
I think we are getting the worlds of reality and fiction confused. They could run down the Street naked and dancing with aliens if they so wished.
