my ex partner is the registered keeper of the vehicle.
who is the legal owner of the car
prev Can I renew my drivers lience after 20yrs? I'm age 50.

Because your Partner is the Reg keeper of the car does not make him / her the owner, if you are paying for the car & all is in your name the car is your untill the Finace is paid up.
