Bumped bumper!

I have a truck with a chrome rear bumper - I have just returned from a shopping trip where I STUPIDLY reversed into one of those small bollards - I am still kicking myself - I am usually so careful. The resulting ding in the bumper is only small as I was going so slow, no scratches or anything - what I'd like to know is: - would a bodyshop be able to "pull" it back out - I know they can do this with body panels on occasions but what about chrome bumpers as it seems pretty sturdy? It seems a shame to have a whole new bumper just for one little bend in the middle of it.

A good body shop could repair it but a bit expensive as after hammering into shape it would need re chroming.
