I have about 50 local authority parking scratchcards which cost me 6 pounds each.

Silly question, and I think the answer is no, but are they transferable to a different authority. It does not say so on the actual scratchcards just they are not refundable!!!

Well 300 quid is 300 quid.

Also are they illegal to sell on ebay for example??
