Full Beam fault on Ford KA

Full beam (BOTH SIDES) does not come on when I flick the switch on my partners Ford KA! Also her heated rear screen doesn't work although the dash indicator lights says its on! Any ideas, is it anything to do with relays? Thanks in advance.

Worth checking the handbook to see if one fuse applies to both these problems??
