Although I've met loads of famous people 'in the real world', the only well-known person I've (knowingly) met and corresponded with online is Terry Waite. (Not on AB).

We keep hoping they will send a royalty cheque to the wrong one, but it hasn't happened yet.

I met Cilla - after she was a singer but before she was on telly. I suppose she was meeting any old person in those dark days.

I was on the telly in 1961, but I'm not sure anyone was watching in those days.

I have been on TV, wrote for the Daily Express and my uncle was a famous Man Utd player , who sadly is now deceased.

Since everyone else seems to be struggling for 'fame', I'll mention that I've presented programmes for local radio as well as being interviewed on Radio 4. I've also written for the national press and been quoted (completely out of context) on the front page of the Daily Telegraph.
