Company Car Cleaning

OK, guys... Here goes.

Supplied a company car both for my personal and work use. Previous companies I have worked for have always paid for a once a month / once every 3 month valet of the car.

Company I work for now state they will not.

I have no problem keeping the car clean myself but as someone who can easily do 30/40,000 miles per year it does get beyond a home clean sometimes.

Are the company responsible for the valeting of the car?

I can't seem to find anything.

Thanks

I have had a number of company cars from different employers (from SMEs to multi-nationals) and I have never had a pro-valet done. My current contract specifically states that they will not pay for cleaning the car - and they are quite a generous company in other ways. Can't say I am particularly bothered - I am perfectly able to clean my own car thanks, or pay for someone to clean it.
