hi can anyone tell me if i can put a private plate on a 1970 tax exempt car thanks in advance.
prev driving on the righthand side of the road
  
next Tapping noise coming from front passenger side wheel

The answer will be yes - as long as plate does not give the impression that the car is newer than it's age.
