Congestion Charging

Has anyone had problems getting onto the London Congestion Charging website to pay the fee? I am in dispute with them over a charge and they are telling me there is never a problem

Ask them to produce reasonable evidence within fourteen days or you will sue them for unjustified harrassment.

Never had any trouble with the site personally. They have a 24 hr phone line you can use as well, so they may well ask why you didn't phone them and pay the charge.
TfL are the biggest load of highway robbers since Dick Turpin. I broke down early (05:15) one morning on my way OUT of the zone and still had to pay because I didn't get fixed by the R.A.C nd leave the zone until 07:03.
