Alternative way to open a bonnet on a Ford Focus

I have a 2002 Ford Focus which I've had from new. I have opened the bonnet dozens of times using the key hole behind the badge but now when I do it nothing happens. I've tried pushing the bonnet when I turn the key and pulling the bonnet when I tuen the key but nothing happens. Does anyone know of an alternative way to open the bonnet? Thanks.

check key its probely worn get new one cut it should open it

Thanks for the answer but I've still got the spare key that came with the car and has never been and I've tried that and it still won't open it. Is there another way to open the bonnet or is the key hole behind the badge the only way?

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem as Baldymike - does anyone know how to fix it? Neither the main or spare keys will turn in the lock and as a result, I just can't open the bonnet!
