Has anyone been to the Monza track in Italy? If I don't have a car, is there good transportation, and which is the best city to stay in close by?

Hi,
Never been to the circuit, been to italy many times. Transport not an issue, nearest large city is MILAN. Log on to BOOKING.COM loads of info about places to stay etc ....
