Front wipers

The car was unused for 2 weeks and battery went low. Now I turn the wipers on they run for a short period and then stop. The only way I can get them started again is to take the key out and switch the ignition on again

You need to roll the car down a steep hill backwards. This should re-start the wiper motor after approx 50 yards.
