Will it work? Will the government manage to buy a computer system on time, on budget, that doesn't crash and the fraudsters can't manipulate?

if they do, i'll bring me old beetle out of retirement, theres no way its dynamo will power one,
i'm sure they wont due to cost, but then again everyone has sat nav nowadays, i'm sure theirs not much difference, also there are lots of numberplate reconigition cameras
Road pricing is nothing more than an extra tax. We pay by the mile now through the fuel that we use. If you choose to drive a large car, you use more fuel and so pay more tax. If you use it during peak times, you use more fuel and so pay more tax.
can't really see the practicalities of it working.
What about foreign vehicles?
Will the little old lady down the road who only goes to Sainsbury's once a week in her Micra have 200 boxes stashed in her boot?
Will it just make residential streets busier?
