I have managed to get chewing gum stuck on the seat of my car, the usual solution is to freeze the gum and pick off, but obviously I can not get my car in the freezer, any ideas would be appreciated?????

Freeze it with an ice cube, or perhaps a bag of frozen peas or something.
Get some ice put it in a sealable bag and put it on the chewing gum leave it 20 minutes and it should be frozen enough to pick it off
Go to your local plumbing supplier and get a freeze spray, plumbers use it to freeze water in the pipes so they can work on them without turning the supply off.
When I was in teaching, our Science Department staff got fed up with colleagues constantly using up their supplies of acetone. Why? Because it's great for removing chewing gum!

So where (apart from school science labs) can you get acetone? No problem. Just buy a bottle of cheap nail varnish remover. (Check the label, though. Some products now declare that they're 'acetone-free'. You want the old-fashioned type. If you buy it from a chemist's shop, the pharmacist will be able to confirm that you've got the right product).

Acetone's good, but it has one slight disadvantage - it doesn't like plastic, so if you have nylon or plastic covered upholstery, be careful, or you could end up with a big hole.
WD 40 will also work
