Just like the smoking ban I think that chewing gum should be banned from all public places like trains pubs etc. Just having got off a train and finding gum stuck to my trouser s I felt under the train table and there was loads of gum stuck to the underside of the table. I have noticed this disgusting habit in other public places i.e. cinemas and restaurants. Do you think that using gum should be only allowed in your own home?

Ban it. Walk through any town centre when it quite and the pavements are covered with the stuff. Costs a fortune to remove.
