Air Conditioning

Hi, Is it possible to get Air Conditioning fitted to a car?, it is a 2005 Fiesta Steel. Would cost a good few grand to change to the ghia model so is this the only option if I want to stay with the fiesta? Thanks all

Enormously expensive - well above �1200.

As Ethel says, (she is always right) your better with a car already fitted with Air/Con.

yes agree to expensive - far better to buy an older ghia instead -that is your only option

Although Kwik Fit are currently doing a promotion on aircon systems. Not sure how much it is, but if it's on offer, it shouldn't be too awful.

yea kwik fit will also tell u that ur shockers are leaking too if they were to fit it lol

KWIK FIT??? I don't trust them to fit my tyres, never mind the installation of air-con!!!!!

i went to ma local one last week coz ma downpipe needed replaced and i didnt wanna do it with all the lovely weather we had on ma day off so i went down on sat and asked how much to fit and i didnt have the with me and they said that they would need to see wats involved!! wen i went done with it they wanted 60 quid so on a hot sunday mornin i done it maself and twenty minutes later it was on i was lucky the bolts werent seized hence why i didnt wanna do it on the street. rip off merchants
