Hello

I have a new battery in my ford fiesta and now the radio doesn't work. It asks for a code and the one I had doesn't work. The radio is 91621.

Can anyone help?

If its a standard Ford radio, what's the serial number?

Any suggestion as to how to find the serial number?

The unit needs to be withdrawn from the dashboard. A label on it will give you the serial number. If you have that number I should be able to give you the code.
