Yes i bought a Fiat, a Punto and ever since it was delievered, when sitting still or starting it up it revs above 1,000 and then dips below sounding as though it may stall, although it never has. When the revs dip it causes the head lights to dim as well. I have taken it back to the garage several times but funnily enough they cant find the problem. Is there something wrong with it or am i just being silly????

Fix It Again Tony, or Foolish Italians Art of Transport...the increase and decrease in revs will be the automatic choke. Not sure about the lights though. I would be intersted to see what someone else says.
how old is the vehicle. if it is brand new then you can demand that it is fixed and if that does not work you have the right to a replacement or refund under the sale of goods act.
