Nothing but trouble since buying used car

My husband bought a Peugeot 307 HDI 02 plate from a dealership around 3 months ago. Since then it has been in for repairs 3 times for completely different things. It is about to go in for the 4th time for something different again.

Is there anything we can do about this, as obviously when we purchased the car we were assured of its reliability, yet this has not been the case. Can we go back to the dealership and complain? Do you think they will do anything about it?

Thanks :)

It really depends somewhat on the type of repairs that have been required. However, it sound pretty bad and I would certainly complain to the garage - put everything in writing.

If you get no joy talk to your local Trading Standards via your Council.

I had no end of bother with mine, until i switched to using proper diesel, rather than the supermarket stuff. Try it, you never know.
french cars have had bad press lately. Definately make a complaint in writing, dot let these people take you for a ride.
