digital photography large canvas and software

can anyone help where and how i can go about this, commercially is done but unsure how i can, talking up to poster size prints, thank you

this site lets you take a small image and 'rasterize' it to whatever size you like, you can then print out onto as many pieces of A4 paper from work as you like.

I have done a couple now depending on how big you want it (bigger the better) the results can look really good.
