How Do I Download Flash Plug In

Until I recently downloaded Windows 10 I was able to view webcams on my laptop. When I try now the message I get is --No Flashplug in--You need a minimum of Flashversion 10.1
Can anyone help me to get this please

If TheChair's link (together with BC2's excellent advice) fails to do the job for you it could be because your computer thinks that Flash Player is already installed (even though it's not actually working).

Under those circumstances, go to your list of installed programs, uninstall any references to 'Adobe Flash', RESTART YOUR COMPUTER (IMPORTANT!) and then return to TheChair's link.

Thank's to each of you for your help, I do think Flash drive is supposed to
set up so I will keep working on it and hope I get there
