Ford Focus with a self unlocking boot!

Hi, we have a ford Focus (W reg) and the boot comes undone when travelling. Well slowing down really, like at traffic lights or roundabouts. I had the boot lock repalce in Oct 04 for the same problem. This seemed to resolve the it but now the problem has returned. My mechanic is sratching his head! Has anyone out there come accross this before?
