Why was it revoked? Medical reasons? Poor eye sight ? Did you have an accident or conviction and were ordered to retake the test?
You need to tell us the reason it was revoked.
if it was revoked due to disqualification by a court, generally you do not have to retake the test unless specifically stipulated by the judge/magistrate. See here:https://www.gov.uk/reapply-licence-revoked
TTT being disqualified is different to having your licence revoked.
Revoked means you are regarded as not having a licence, disqualified means you are still registered as having a licence but can not drive until the disqualification ends.
Revoked normally means you have to reapply for a licence and take the test again.
The usual reason a licence is revoked is when a 'new driver' gets 6 points in their first 2 years

They have to retake the driving test.

Methyl, for a 'new driver' ( someone who has passed the test up to 2 years ago) revocation of the licence is automatic if they get 6 points.
They have to wait 6 months before they can reapply for a provisional licence and then have to repass both the theory and practical driving test.
It sets them back to the beginning as though they had never had a licence. In that way it is different to disqualification. All explained in the link.
ah, Eddie, that sort of revoked! I see
