Rain Getting Into My Ford Fusion 2003 Model

I am having problems with rain getting into my Ford Fusion, the nearside seat well - this happens when the car is parked and the windows are shut. Anyone else having the same problem?

Door seal, when its raining try turning the car the other way around & see if the same happens. Check the Water / Rain drain inside the bonet nesr the bulk head below the screen, they may be blocked with leaves.
