healed up lovely thx was very worrying at the time as i'm diabetic saw a podiatrist at hospital she was very pleased with how my foot has healed

Has it hampered you at work at all?

no m8 i had to have 3 weeks off work when i came back off holiday keeping off my foot did the trick!

Morning all. Frosty Friday in Gloucestershire; and not a mulberry bush in sight. No wind, so it will take it's time going. A bit of sunshine would help.

She's fighting fit now - seems to be over the bug now. She'll probably ask me to thank you for asking - she is amazed at just how fellow ABers ask about her and Poppy when they don't even know them - Family, I said to her, we are like a family - always looking out for each other.

She had a heavy cold. In reality she is still getting over the effects of the forking tootsie, so it may take her a while to shake it off. I'll try again today.
