clio immobiliser

Led flashes quickly when key engaged, and will not start. Can immobiliser be disabled to move car.

the imobiliser i presume is a passive transponder system, if so then no, it can't be deactivated as it also forms part of the ecu - engine control unit. If you have an original key for the car the immobiliser shouldn't prevent it starting unless the steering columb or any of its parts have been removed
