Do you mean blue badge ?
You want to report it to the office that deals with blue badges at the relevant local authority
The doc has to countersign..and....not all disabilities are visible !
vernonk - just out of curiosity, what are the circumstances that make you think it is a fraudulent application?
As has been said, many disabilities are hidden ones
I'd be interested to see vernon's response too - many people have conditions which aren't visible or obvious to the passer-by.

The people concerned are notorious frauds terms in my area. The hubby is currently in jail for fraud.
so you think the user of the blue badge doesn't have a disability, just because the husband has a criminal record?
Question Author
I KNOW she doesn't. Now kindly answer the question!!!!
This link I googled suggests you report it to the dept in your local authority which issues the blue badges http://www.benefitfraud.org.uk/bluebadgefraud/index.html
vernon, I gave you the answer at 7am this morning
plenty of guidance on google, vernon http://www.bbfi.co.uk/blue-badge-fraud.html
mrs O - yes, you did
not everybody who has a blue badge is entitled to disabled tax disc
If they are applying for a free tax disc then they are obviously in receipt of the higher mobility component of Disability Living Allowance and will at some stage have undergone a medical examination.
I suspect that this is not about Blue Badge fraud, but those people who get free road tax or even a free car.
katburd, is there a difference? I thought the terms were interchangeable?
Ah - I didn't realise that there are two different things here, not free parking but free road tax.
You can apply for a blue badge from your local authority with just a covering letter from your GP.

To be eligible for free road tax you need to be in receipt of the Higher Mobility component of DLA. To get this, you have to have gone through rigorous form filling and an ATOS medical.
They are tightening up on DLA. For example, if you can propel yourself in a wheelchair you can be classed as ineligible
I think vernon is talking about tax not blue bage. You can get free tax if you are in receipt of higher rate DLA
