Shopping trolley (with a mind of it's own) slid into my car to-day. Little scratch. Question? Have any of you used those "scratch pens" one sees forn sale? Are they effective? Should I bother?

In my experience they're not much use, better to spend a few quid with your local Dent Doctor or similar.
If they are only minor scratches and not deep then yes they are very good as my better half has just shown me today
Or even yesterday lol
CailinDeas,

If is just a minor paint work scratch and not deep or through to the metal, I would get some T-Cut from Halfords (other car spares shops are available).

It is a mild abrasive and has been on the market for over 50 years

cant you t-cut it out if its not deep, not to sure about those pen things
Great minds etc,,,, Cubic? :-)
Brasso works as well as T-cut and costs much less.
