Tomtom or Garmin for use in Ireland also ??

Well, I've had both and prefer Tomtom

NI or Southern? It may be that you need a separate map for Southern Ireland

I've used both, UK, Europe etc, prefer Tom Tom.

The question is like. Do you prefer Fords or Vauxhalls? BTW I prefer Tom Tom.

Never having had a Tomtom, Garmin, Ford or Vauxhall, I am open to suggestions . Thankyou, looks like Tomtom it is.

I have owned a Garmin GPS (hand held) for years and it's excellent, but for motoring I use a TomTom 1. (I would use the GPS for backup though)

The one at the lowest price with the features you want is the best.
