Audi A4 TDI -Juddering Whilst Stationery

I've got an Audi A4 TDI (130 BHP-2001Model) the car seems to Judder whilst its stationery, also seems to be lacking abit of power....

I've had many other diesel cars before, but none have judder as much as this.....has anyone else suffered this problem?????
