Morning Jan - alas, not this morning - today was muesli day. Healthier? possibly - tastier? not on your sweet bippy!!
morning minty. Apart from white and cold, how are things in Auld Reekie this morning?
Question Author
Morning Minty - how are things? Hope you're managing to get some kip.
Dad back in hossie...so don't see much of the world other than the Western General Jan.'.
Welshy, I know what you mean about muesli. It's like the contents of the budgie's cage in a bowl but with some extra gravel and cardboard added for extra "fibre". Yuck. I find my poor old teeth can't cope with it.
Minty, sorry to hear your Dad is back again in the WGH. My sister is slowly, very slowly, improving. It'll be a long haul. It's now been over a year with ops, drugs, chemo, rt etc but she's now beginning to see hope. I wish your Dad better, much better, very soon. xx
Managed quite good sleep last night...but afraid everything at home is being neglected somewhat....don't have any free time to do much other than go to , be there or come back from hossie...

Jan - probably the worst part is the dehydrated banana chips - they don't even taste like banana, well, the bananas I eat anyway. Have to have something 'healthy' during the week to make up for the weekend breakfasts - bacon, sausage (drool), tomatoes (dribble), mushrooms.........(wipes mouth to stop the saliver dripping on shirt)......
Thanks Jan...have to get into shower now...please say hi to Boaty..DT ...et al..for me...xx

Minty - sod the husework, it can wait - it's not going to go anywhere. Look after Dad and Mam first - they need you more.

He'll be here shortly,no doubt, Jan - probably making bread or doing the laundry, or feeding the birds or hoovering - he's a busy bee at this time of day!!
Question Author
