With the problems you have had Tops, it would be cheaper to buy a push bike lol, hope all your car probs have now ended? "just a tip" If it runs well, leave alone, if It runs bad, get shut.
haha, i never found out what noise is, even though i still want to know, the car is running smoothly, a bit of a slow throttle response, but apart from that i'm happy with it, at last, haha
If it's a drive by wire one (i.e. no throttle cable) the throttle response is learned over time depending on driving style and you can reset it by....
"First, with the key removed, sit in the driver's seat and insert the key.
Turn the key to position "2". Position "2" is one position before the car engages and starts.
Wait 10 seconds and then turn the key back to position "0", which is the initial position.
Once again wait 10 seconds and then start the car up.
You should now have your throttle response reset and your driving pattern from this point on
will dictate how your throttle response adapts."
I done it on mine and it made a hell of a difference, I think an old lady owned mine before me :) especially as the overall average MPG was showing well into the 30's when I got it...(it's dropped a bit now :))
