Please can you help? My Peugeot 206 instrument cluster failed a while back, tacho first then speedo and other gauges so I sourced a 2nd hand unit and fitted it, everything works fine except the odo now is blank. Dealer wants around £100 to attempt to fix with no guarantee and the say the mileage will show that stored in the replacement second hand cluster (30,000 more than my cars actual mileage) and not the ECU.
My question : is the mileage stored that in the ECU or the cluster? Which will be displayed when the synch the unit?

When the synch the unit press 'A' then 'B' twice. Turn ignition key to 'X' and press 'Y'
