low battery power on 96 ford mondeo lx

i have a fully charged battery and it is letting out only enough power to run a very dim interior light and the clock what is the fault

Hi, if the battery was fully charged the light would glow, Try starting the car if you hear " clicking" New Battery needed.

when turning the key i get nothing, the battery was tested on a battery charger that said it was fully charged i don't know how trust worthy they are though and the earths were checked

Just try another known good battery, if you get the same problem then you do have a poor earth .... if not the battery is kaput!
