I'd just like to say thank you to Mr Brown - having just received my salary slip I am delighted to find that I got 10 less than last month on the same salary. However with all the rises in petrol, food, fuel, council tax, water, I am now paying out 252 pound a month more than I was.

And don't get me started on people living on benefit - when they bought out the family tax credit I thought I'd appl as we met the criteria and I thought great something to help the working people on lower incomes - of course they bogged it up.
Both my husband and myself could change jobs for better paid ones but the problem is we both really like our jobs and don't want to.
I never thought I'd say it logic but I find myself reading the BNP stuff and thinking 'mmm that makes sense'.

I'm amazed you're still here Reverend.
I can only assume you're either just one of life's moaners who won't get off his bum and do something about it or that no country wants you!
Frankly I have trouble with this idea "I'm worse off - What's the government going to do about it to make me richer?"
If you think it's the government's job to manage all these prices and look after you - it rather seems to me that you'll be wanting a communist country to go to.
Tell you what let's nationalise Tesco and BP!

I tend to look at the whole immigration thing as follows:
I have worked full time for 22 years and paid full tax and NI.
If I go to my local and say Im a single man with no kids can I have a one bedroomed flat they will laugh at me.
If you are an economic migrant, with no skills, cannot speak the language, have kids and have made no contribution and will be unable to make a contribution you get housed.
Before I get called rascist please explain how this can possibly be right.
