how can i lower one front wheel as they are not the same my car is a vauxhall astra mark 4

you cant lower one wheel,it will cause all sorts of problems with the car.
More info please-Do you mean the rideheight is different on one side to the other? Measure from the wheel centre to the top of the arch on both sides to be certain- exactoly what is the difference, and which side is higher?. Make sure you do this check on LEVEL ground, and rock the car to settle it.

This could be a number of things: one tyre may have a different profile to the one on the other side-check that the size numbers match.

It could also be a worn or broken spring- the way to bring it back to being the same both sides is simply to renew the springs as a pair.

It could also be caused by poorly repaired, or hidden accident damage- do you know the car's history?
