I've just bought a Ford Cougar from a car auction and the radio is locked at the "locked 10" situation, Anyone know how to get passed this or do I have to get it decoded professionally?

This means that there have been more than 10 incorrect attempts to enter a radio code and the radio is locked out - you will need to make a trip to your nearest ford dealers to exchange radios.
