Aah, but with the F, gadgetgeek, you don't get flies in your teeth.

The screen angle blows the wind up and over your head ... there it creates a vortex behind your neck ...

... and then actually seems to blow FORWARD !

Yes, really.

So all your hair (okay MY hair ... not yours) blows forward, on to your face.

You can get little screens to fasten behind the headrests to stop this ... but, frankly, they look ridiculous.
Oh, yes cazzz ... those little Fiat 500s are SO sexy ... VERY stylish.

But possibly the girliest car ever built, apart from the Ford Ka ... and the Vauxhall Tigra ... so not ideal for gadgetgeek.
I thought he said it was for his Mrs??

Ginge hasn't got a problem driving my KA...he quite likes it.
I've been out today with the top (car) down................lovely.
the punto isnt a girly car
Okay, ummmm ... but it's a girl car ...

... like all 4x4s, except battered Land Rovers.

To b a true MG owner joggerjayne you need flies in yr teeth n oily hands caused by the constant breakdowns. Happy days of London to Brighton runs. As for a Fiat they just bring images of rust. Then again so did Skodas but look at them now! Just wish a car cud magic it's way onto my drive to save the hassle. Maybe I should just blow the money on a good weekend!
No, the Punto isn't a girly car.

The 500 is.

Whenever one stops, I expect Sophia Loren to get out.
rust is a bit of a thing of the past now gadgetgeek
well, the levels of rust that used to rot cars in the 70's and 80's
"Oily hands" ... ??

Err, Hello !!!

You haven't heard of mobile phones ????

A pink Fiat or a yellow Ka makes no difference to me. Anyone makes a comment I wud just mince over n cut them down with a stare! Don't think anyone wud make a comment if they saw me however.
I thought it was TVRs that broke down.

I almost bought a Chimera (s.?) a few years ago. They sound SOO awesome !!

Where the fun in calling the AA? That's admitting defeat. MGs were built to breakdown. Made them more fun n adventurous.......wud we arrive or not!!
I wouldn't phone the AA.

I'd phone ...

(1) A friend, to get her husband to come and deal with my car.

(2) A cab to come and get me.

What do you think I'm going to do ... sit on the road side freezing my butt off, waiting for the AA?

Hello !!! ... !!!
Audi A3 - engines are very good and last and last - just make sure the camshaft belt is new at over 70k miles. Only disadvantage is a low sump if you have a bumpy drive.

I wud luv an Audi! No probes with my drive. Joggerjayne, I had never envisaged u as a girly girl......in the nicest sense!
I'm not prissy, but hey ... if it's broken down, just get to where you were going, and sort it out tomorrow.

My MG filled up all of my tomorrows but I didn't complain. When it was working, mre often than not, it was heaven. Need a copy of Parkers n check out A3's etc.
